  • Ultrasonic welded ABS plastic housings with polypropylene for the button to slide up and down.

  • Safely encased N50 zinc magnet that is 20mm in diameter and 3mm thick.

  • Underwent rigorous prototyping and a car-crash testing to ensure durability and reliability.
